Analysis and listing requests
For analysis and listing requests, we store the order ID, contact details, store URL, package selection, product range, goals, and processing status in the portal database. New-request notifications may be sent server-side to Web3Forms, which processes the order ID, package, store URL, and reply email. Initial requests are free and carry no obligation. A future payment would use Stripe, whose payment events we process to match and fulfil the order. Individual PDF reports are accessible only to the editorial team and are sent manually to the provided email after quality review.
Hosting and access to the portal
The portal is hosted on OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites. When you open a page, technical connection data such as your IP address, the requested page and the time of access are processed as needed to deliver, operate and protect the site. The legitimate interest in operating the site securely may apply under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Store submissions and public profiles
When you submit a store, the portal database stores the URL, store name, platform, categories, target market, description, request topic and business email. We use this information to handle your request and review the profile. If approved, the profile details appear in the public directory. Your contact email remains private. For service inquiries, we store the store URL, name, email, and message to handle your request. The GEO shop check analyzes pasted HTML locally in your browser. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to precontractual steps you request. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR may apply to other inquiries and editorial administration.
Editorial sign-in
The editorial area uses Sign in with ChatGPT. When you sign in, the portal receives a site-specific identifier and the account email address to verify access. Visitors can use the public pages and submission form without signing in.
Recipients, retention and external links
Contact details from submissions can be accessed by the editorial team and the providers needed to operate the portal. Retention depends on the purpose of the request, any profile publication and applicable statutory retention requirements. When you open an external store or checkout, that provider’s privacy notice applies.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
